This brutal local showdown is part of the international W:O:A Metal Battle competition, where rising independent metal bands from across the globe clash for the ultimate prize: a live performance slot on the main stage at Wacken Open Air, the world’s largest heavy metal festival in Germany.

Catch the raw power as Florida’s underground metal scene unleashes heavy metal brutality at the world-famous Brass Mug in Tampa. We’re slated to battle it out on Saturday, February 28 (Round 2), with the finals in March, and winners pushing toward the Southeast Regional and U.S. national battle for that epic Wacken glory—pro backline, travel support, and massive global exposure.
